MODENA+ 450M

The Misch version of the Modena + 450 is equipped with a micronized knife lubrication system to cut bread with a high content of rye and sticky crumb.

The Misch system (JAC patent) was developed by JAC to address the hygiene and reliability problems caused by other knife lubrication systems.
