JAC's wide range of molders allows everyone to find their model to suit their product range. HF is the horizontal molder from this line. Horizontal molding allows you to work with minimal pressure on the dough, as there is no need to overcome gravity to circulate the dough piece. The disadvantage of the HF machine is its size, which is larger than that of a vertical former; the advantage, in addition to the gentle handling of the dough, is its increased production rate. Equipped with two rolling rollers, it will be able to mold up to 1,800 pieces per hour. It can be installed on a base, in a pre-proofing cabinet or on a work surface.
